A township with three mailing addresses and no downtown, wrapped around Sellersville and reaching to Telford, with the 309 bypass through the east end.
West Rockhill has no town center. Its sixteen square miles wrap the west side of Sellersville and reach down to Telford, so houses here carry Sellersville, Telford or Perkasie addresses depending on the route number. Route 309 runs the Sellersville bypass across the eastern end. Village names like Ridge Valley, Rocky Ridge and Almont mark the old crossroads, and the stock ranges from stone farmhouse to 1990s development.
We sort out the boundary before anything else, because the wrong code office means a stalled job. Then the roof gets scoped on its own terms: field condition, valleys, flashing at additions, and ventilation in attics of very different ages. The permit is issued by West Rockhill Township under the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code.

Half of West Rockhill gets mail addressed to a borough it does not belong to, which is why roofing paperwork here goes wrong more often than the roofing does.
Farmhouses grew in stages, and each junction is a flashing detail to get right.
Long roof planes dump a lot of water, so gutter sizing belongs in the plan.
Attics from 1850 and 1995 need different fixes to keep a deck cold.

If your property is in West Rockhill Township, the permit comes from West Rockhill Township even though the mail reads Sellersville. Postal boundaries and municipal boundaries were drawn for different reasons and do not line up. We verify the parcel’s municipality before filing, which is the step that keeps a job from stalling at the wrong counter.
That junction is the hardest place on a roof to keep dry, and it is usually the first to fail. Where a lower roof ties into a wall you need step flashing woven into the courses plus a kickout at the bottom to throw water into the gutter. Missing kickouts are one of the most common causes of rot inside a wall.
Often it makes sense to do both at once, because the drip edge, the ice-and-water membrane and the gutter all meet at the same three inches of roof. If the existing gutter is sound and correctly pitched, we leave it and reset the hangers as needed. If it is undersized for the roof area, we will say so.
As a GAF Certified contractor we can offer manufacturer system warranties on top of our own workmanship coverage, and which one applies depends on the components used. We put the terms in writing with the estimate rather than describing them verbally. Registering the warranty after installation is part of the job, not something left to you.
