Ave Maria is a planned town in east Collier built around its university, around six thousand two hundred residents and growing. Its villages have gone up in distinct phases: Maple Ridge, Avalon Park, Del Webb Naples for over fifty-fives, Gatherpoint, and The National Golf and Country Club.
Because it is so new, almost nothing here has reached the end of a roof life. What we do find is installation detail on houses built quickly during a long construction boom, and that is far cheaper to correct now than in ten years. The town also sits under a stewardship district as well as community associations.
