Fort Myers Shores sits on the south side of the Caloosahatchee east of the city, bounded by SR 80 to the south and SR 31 to the west, with Olga beyond it to the east. Around fifty-eight hundred people live here across twenty-six hundred homes, and ninety per cent of them are occupied.
It is a genuinely mixed community in household terms, with a high share of single-parent and single-householder homes, and that shapes what honest work looks like: practical repairs, clear pricing and no invented urgency.
