North Fort Myers runs forty-nine square miles across the Caloosahatchee from the city, and it has one of the densest concentrations of manufactured-home parks and fifty-five-plus communities anywhere in Florida. Nearly half the residents are sixty-five or older and the median age is sixty-four.
That makes it a different trade from the rest of Lee County. Roof-overs, metal panel systems and coatings on manufactured homes have their own fastening, their own permitting and their own failure points at the seams and edges. Plenty of roofers here quote site-built work and treat the rest as an afterthought. We do not.

North Fort Myers FAQ
Common questions
Do you actually work on manufactured homes?
Do you actually work on manufactured homes?
Yes, as normal work rather than a favour. Roof-overs, metal panel replacement and coating systems are a different build from a shingle roof, with different permitting, and we quote them as such instead of pricing them like a house and hoping.
Is a coating enough or do I need a full roof-over?
It depends what is under the current surface and how many layers are already up there. A coating over a failing substrate buys a season and wastes your money. We open it up enough to tell you honestly which one you need.
My park has rules about appearance. Does that limit me?
Usually on looks rather than on the system itself, and there is normally more than one compliant option. We find out what the community will approve before quoting so you are not choosing twice.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. An estimate costs you nothing and carries no obligation. If the roof has years left, we will say so.
