Spring Hill, Brooksville, Weeki Wachee and the Gulf coast. Roof repair, replacement and free inspections across Hernando County.
Every city below has its own local page. Services, conditions, recent work and answers specific to that community.
Hernando County does not behave like one market. The coast at Hernando Beach and Aripeka takes Gulf surge. The eastern side along the Withlacoochee floods from the river. And in the middle sits Spring Hill, tens of thousands of concrete-block homes built in one long stretch from the late sixties onward, on ground that is famous for moving.
The county emergency manager described the 2024 season here as three different catastrophes: Helene surge on the west side, Milton wind everywhere, and record river flooding in the east. A roofer who treats Brooksville the same as Hernando Beach is not paying attention. We quote by where you actually are.

Hernando is part of the karst belt that produces most of Florida sinkhole claims, and slow ground settlement racks a roof long before anything dramatic happens at the surface.
Settlement pulls roof-to-wall and chimney flashing apart. It reads as an old roof, but it is not.
Helene pushed roughly eight feet of water into Hernando Beach in September 2024.
Milton put the Withlacoochee at its highest level since the 1930s across the eastern county.
Spring Hill went up largely in the seventies and eighties, so its roofs come due in waves.
Same office, same crews, a short drive away.
Yes, and it is worth understanding here. When a foundation settles unevenly the framing above it goes out of square, which shows up as a sagging or uneven roof line, cracked tiles or shingles near edges and joints, and flashing that looks stretched or pulled apart. Slow settlement does this quietly over years. We look for that pattern rather than assuming every leak is wear.
Partly, by law. Every Florida property policy has to include catastrophic ground cover collapse, but that requires a visible depression and the building being condemned and ordered vacated, which is a very high bar. Broader sinkhole coverage is optional and carries its own deductible. We are roofers rather than adjusters, but we will document what we find clearly enough for you to use.
Yes, from Aripeka and Hernando Beach across to Ridge Manor and Nobleton. The work is genuinely different at each end, which is why we have a page for each community rather than one page for the county.
Yes. An estimate costs you nothing and carries no obligation. If the roof has years left, we will say so.
