Repairs, replacements and free inspections in Aripeka, on both sides of the Hernando and Pasco county line.
Aripeka sits on Hammock Creek where it meets the Gulf, settled in 1873 as Gulf Key and renamed in 1895 after the Seminole chief Abiaka. It is tiny, around three hundred people, and it straddles two counties: the line runs through the South Hammock Creek Bridge. The main road through is CR 595, called Osowaw Boulevard on the Hernando side and Aripeka Road in Pasco. It floods regularly.
That split is a practical matter, not a trivia point. Which county permits your job depends on which side of the creek your house sits, and getting it wrong wastes weeks. We check the address first.

Whichever one your parcel sits in, and in Aripeka that genuinely varies street by street since the county line runs through the South Hammock Creek Bridge. We establish it from the address before filing anything, because a permit lodged with the wrong county costs you weeks.
Yes. Aripeka is a small place and plenty of contractors will not make the trip for a repair. It is part of our Tampa Bay service area, the inspection is free, and we would rather do the small job well than not turn up.
Sometimes, and we would rather say so up front than leave you waiting. We plan around tide and weather for access here, which occasionally means moving a day. You will hear about it from us before it becomes a problem.
Yes. An estimate costs you nothing and carries no obligation. If the roof has years left, we will say so.
