Repairs, replacements and free inspections in Lake Lindsey, six miles north of Brooksville.
Lake Lindsey sits on the northeast side of the lake it is named for, about six miles north of Brooksville at eighty-nine feet of elevation. It is one of the smallest named communities in the county, with the Lake Lindsey general store as its landmark and centre.
There is no pretending this is a large market. It is a scattering of properties on rural land north of the county seat, and much of the work here is on older homes and the outbuildings that go with them. We cover it because somebody has to, and because a small job done properly is still worth doing.

Storm damage, active leaks and fallen trees, with 24/7 phone response.
Well inland at eighty-nine feet with no coastal exposure, so the questions here are wind, tree cover and the age of what is already up there.
Rural land with limited shelter means wind arrives with little to slow it.
Barns and sheds usually need attention at the same time as the house.
Mature oaks around the lake drop real weight onto roofs below them.
Access affects staging out here. We plan for it rather than arriving short.

Yes. Lake Lindsey is a small place north of Brooksville and plenty of contractors will not make the trip, particularly for a repair. It is in our service area, the inspection is free, and we would rather do the small job than leave you without anyone.
Yes, and it usually makes sense to. Outbuildings are a different build from a house roof so we price them separately and clearly, but doing them in one visit keeps the total down considerably given the distance.
Failed flashing and previous repairs that were never finished properly. On a house that has been added to over decades, the water is usually getting in where the old roof meets the newer part, not in the middle of either one.
Yes. An estimate costs you nothing and carries no obligation. If the roof has years left, we will say so.
