Repairs, replacements and free inspections in Masaryktown, on US 41 at the southern edge of the county.
Masaryktown was founded in 1924 by Czech and Slovak settlers and named for Tomas Garrigue Masaryk. Of the sixty-one original founders, sixty were Slovak. They planted oranges first and moved into chicken farming, and the street names still carry the heritage, with the east-west streets named for Slovak cultural figures and the central boulevard for Masaryk himself.
It sits on US 41 at the southern county line, nine miles below Brooksville and about thirty-six from Tampa. At a median age in the low forties it is the youngest community in Hernando County, which makes it a rather different market from the retirement communities further north.

Some of the original agricultural stock is still standing and needs looking at on its own terms.

It usually means more to inspect and fewer assumptions we can make. Older framing and previous alterations both matter, and it is common to find that an addition put on decades ago is where the water is getting in rather than the main roof. We look at the whole thing rather than the obvious part.
Yes, and around here it is worth asking. Agricultural buildings are a different build from a house roof so we price them separately and clearly, but doing them in the same visit keeps the overall cost down.
Usually within a few days for an inspection. Masaryktown is at the southern end of the county which puts it closer to our Riverview office than most of Hernando, so it is an easy run for us.
Yes. An estimate costs you nothing and carries no obligation. If the roof has years left, we will say so.
