After Milton the Withlacoochee crested near twenty feet at Trilby, the highest since the 1930s, with roughly 3,400 properties along the river inside the potential flood footprint.

No, and we will tell you that plainly rather than encouraging a claim that will not stand. River flooding is a flood matter. What is worth checking separately is whether the same storm did wind damage to the roof, because that is a different question with a different answer and the two often happen together.
Yes. Roof-overs, metal panel work and coatings are normal work for us, and there is a lot of that stock along the Withlacoochee. It is a different build from a site-built roof and we price it as its own job rather than guessing.
Yes. Ridge Manor is part of our Tampa Bay service area and the inspection is free like everywhere else. A fair few contractors will not make the drive past Brooksville, which is precisely why we say up front that we will.
