Repairs, replacements and free inspections around Weeki Wachee, along US 19 and the Cortez Boulevard corridor.
Weeki Wachee was a city from 1966 until the state dissolved it in 2020, at which point its sixteen residents reverted to unincorporated Hernando County. The springs carried on as a state park and nothing about the address changed. What remains is one of the most used place names in the county, covering thousands of homes along US 19 and out toward the coast.
That history is worth knowing because it trips up contractors. Weeki Wachee is not part of Brooksville, which is fifteen miles inland to the east, and it is not the same as Weeki Wachee Gardens down on the river. We work all of it and we know which is which.

No. It was dissolved in 2020 and the area reverted to unincorporated Hernando County, so county permitting applies rather than a city building department. Your address did not change and the springs are still a state park. It is a distinction that matters for permits, not for post.
No, and they are quite different jobs. Weeki Wachee Gardens is a low-lying riverside community down on the Weeki Wachee River at about three feet of elevation, with heavy seasonal ownership. This area runs along US 19 and sits higher. We have a separate page for the Gardens.
Close to the coast, properly specified metal does well, but the honest answer is that the fastener and flashing specification matters more than the covering itself. Salt reaches the metal you cannot see first. We quote to your exposure rather than pushing one product at everyone.
Yes. An estimate costs you nothing and carries no obligation. If the roof has years left, we will say so.
