Our Process
1. HOA Approval (If Applicable)
If the property is part of an HOA, we assist with documents and wait for approval before starting.
2. Permit Application
We file for the required permit and wait for it to be issued.
3. Tear-Off & Site Cleanup
The existing roof is removed. All debris is collected, hauled away, and the site is kept clean.
4. Deck Preparation
The roof deck is inspected and prepared. Damaged wood is replaced if needed, or the deck is cleaned to create a proper base.
