Shingle Roof Replacement

A shingle roof replacement means removing the old roof and installing a brand-new shingle roofing system. This is usually needed when a roof is worn out, damaged, or no longer repairable. A new shingle roof helps protect your home, prevent leaks, and improve curb appeal.

Our Shingle Roof Process:

Every project is a little different, but most shingle roof replacements follow these steps:

1. HOA Approval (If Applicable)

If your property is part of an HOA, we help provide the required documents and wait for approval before starting the job.

2. Permit Application

We file for the required roofing permit and wait for it to be issued before work begins.

3. Tear-Off & Site Cleanup

The existing roof is removed completely. All roofing debris is collected, hauled away, and the job site is kept clean.

4. Deck Preparation

We inspect the roof deck and prepare it for the new roof. Depending on the deck type and condition, this may include replacing damaged wood or cleaning the deck to create a proper base for the new roofing system.
