Project Overview
A residential shingle roof replacement in West Palm Beach, finished with a clean gray architectural shingle system. The worn roof was fully torn off and rebuilt with a fresh, wind-rated shingle assembly built for Palm Beach County's sun, rain and storm season.
The Challenge

Where the roof started

A shingle roof is only as good as what's beneath it. The focus here was a fully sealed underlayment and high-wind fastening so the new roof stays watertight through Palm Beach County's storm season.
The deck was inspected and any soft sheathing replaced
A continuous secondary moisture barrier was installed beneath the shingles
Shingles were fastened to the manufacturer's high-wind specification
