St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo and the beach towns. Coastal-grade roofing from our Riverview office, across the bay.
Every city below has its own local page. Services, conditions, recent work and answers specific to that community.
Pinellas is Florida’s most densely built county and almost all of it lives near salt water. Gulf on one side, Tampa Bay on the other. That shows up on roofs: corroded fasteners, salt-worn metal, and mid-century housing stock in St. Pete and Gulfport whose roofs have been through many cycles.
We bring coastal-grade materials as the default here, not an upgrade. Tile and shingle inland, metal and flat systems near the beaches, and honest guidance on the older homes where the deck underneath matters as much as the surface. Permits run through Pinellas County or the city. St. Pete, Clearwater, Largo and the beach municipalities each have their own desk.
The full Maze Roofing range, residential and commercial, from the local team.
Shingle, tile, metal and flat roofing for homes and townhomes across the area.
Shingle, tile, metal, flat and TPO. Managed from tear-off to cleanup.
Flat, TPO and metal systems, with maintenance programs that protect the asset.
Storm damage, active leaks and fallen trees, with 24/7 phone response.
Gulf beaches to the west, the bay to the east. Nowhere in Pinellas is far from salt air, and the county’s older roofs show it.
Coastal-grade fasteners and metals as the default spec, not an add-on.
Older decks and framing evaluated honestly before any new surface goes on.
Open Gulf exposure means edge-zone fastening done right.
Tight streets and small lots. Protection and cleanup planned in advance.
Same office, same crews, a short drive away.
Yes, from Tarpon Springs and Palm Harbor down through Clearwater Beach, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach. Beach properties get coastal-grade specifications as standard.
Usually yes, but the deck and framing get checked first. Older Pinellas homes often carry multiple roofing layers and tired decking; we evaluate what’s underneath and put it in writing before quoting the surface work.
Properly specified metal typically outlasts everything else in direct salt exposure, which is why you see it on the beaches. Where budget or HOA rules point elsewhere, we spec shingle and tile systems with coastal-grade components.
Crews cross the bay on planned routes, so Pinellas jobs are batched efficiently rather than squeezed in. Inspections and estimates are free either way.
