Repairs, replacements and free inspections across Miami-Dade, built to the strictest roofing code in the country, from our Fort Lauderdale office.
Every city below has its own local page. Services, conditions, recent work and answers specific to that community.
Miami-Dade sets the bar for the whole industry: High-Velocity Hurricane Zone wind loads plus the county’s own product-approval system (NOAs). If a component doesn’t carry the right approval, it doesn’t go on the roof, and our crews work inside those rules every week, from Aventura down to Homestead.
The county’s roofs range from barrel tile in Coral Gables and the Gables suburbs to flat commercial decks around the airport and shingle in the western neighborhoods. We handle all of it with written, itemized estimates and permits through Miami-Dade’s municipalities.
The full Maze Roofing range, residential and commercial, from the local team.
Shingle, tile, metal and flat roofing for homes and townhomes across the area.
Shingle, tile, metal, flat and TPO. Managed from tear-off to cleanup.
Flat, TPO and metal systems, with maintenance programs that protect the asset.
Storm damage, active leaks and fallen trees, with 24/7 phone response.
HVHZ wind loads, NOA product approvals and salt exposure on both bay and ocean sides. Miami-Dade roofing is a specification game, and we play it straight.
Every component we install carries the Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance it needs.
Stricter uplift and fastening schedules than anywhere else in Florida. Followed to the letter.
Bay and ocean exposure corrode standard hardware; we spec coastal-grade materials.
Tight sites, condo boards and HOA rules. Planned before the first tile moves.
Same office, same crews, a short drive away.
A Notice of Acceptance is Miami-Dade’s own product approval. Proof a component passed the county’s wind and impact testing. Roofing installed without the right NOAs can fail inspection and cause insurance problems. Every system we install in Miami-Dade is built from NOA-approved components.
Yes, our Miami-Dade coverage runs from Aventura and the north-county cities through Miami itself down to Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay and Homestead. Each municipality has its own permitting desk, and pulling permits there is part of every job.
Plenty of tile roofs here are repairable. Broken tiles, slipped pieces and localized underlayment failures don’t automatically mean a new roof. We inspect first and give you a written repair-versus-replace comparison, and county code (the 25% rule) guides what’s allowed on larger repairs.
We document the damage properly, photos, measurements and a written scope, and we work alongside your adjuster. We’re roofers, not public adjusters, but our documentation is built to hold up in the claims process.
