A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in your contract.
Project timelines may vary due to weather conditions, material availability, permitting, or unforeseen circumstances. Maze Roofing is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Cancellations must be made prior to the scheduled project start date. Cancellation fees may apply depending on project preparation and material orders. Once work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled according to the service agreement.
Maze Roofing provides warranties on workmanship as specified in individual contracts. We are not responsible for damages caused by severe weather, lack of maintenance, structural issues, or third-party actions. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided and does not include indirect or consequential damages.
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work area. Any necessary permits, HOA approvals, or documentation must be obtained unless otherwise agreed. Maze Roofing is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or structures.
