Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties. Roof replacement, repair and free inspections from our Cherry Hill office.
South Jersey is mostly postwar and later. Cherry Hill and Washington Township filled in with split-levels, ranches and colonials from the 1950s through the 1970s. Voorhees, Mount Laurel and Sewell went up later again, much of it in townhome and condo associations that own the roof rather than the homeowner. Then there is the older layer: pre-1940 borough stock in Haddonfield, Collingswood, Moorestown and Woodbury, with slate, cedar and deep porch roofs.
The paperwork is simpler here than across the river. Every job is filed with your town’s own construction office under the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code, and the work is done by a state-credentialed home improvement contractor. We pull the permit, handle the inspections and close it out.
Pick your city for local projects, reviews and details, or call, we serve the whole area.

Freeze-thaw cycling, ice at the eaves and nor’easters are what fail a South Jersey roof, and they fail the details long before the field of the shingle.
Ice-and-water underlayment at eaves and valleys, plus the ventilation that stops dams forming.

Filed with each town construction office under the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code.
Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties, from our Cherry Hill office. That runs from the river towns through Cherry Hill, Haddonfield and Collingswood, east to Moorestown, Mount Laurel and Medford, and south through Washington Township, Sewell and Mullica Hill.
We do. In New Jersey every reroof is filed with your municipality’s own construction office under the state Uniform Construction Code, not the county. We handle the filing, the inspections and the close-out, because an open permit becomes your problem at sale or claim time.
It depends on your documents, and they vary more than people expect. In many South Jersey communities the association owns and replaces the roof; in others it stops at the structure and the roof is yours. We read the documents with you before anyone quotes a number.
Wind and hail are the claims that go through here. We inspect, photograph what we find and tell you plainly whether it reads as storm damage or as age and wear. If it is age, a claim wastes your time and we will say so rather than push you into one.
