Roof repair, replacement and free inspections across all 37 Camden County municipalities, from Pennsauken and Cherry Hill through Haddonfield and Collingswood down to Winslow.
Every city below has its own local page. Services, conditions, recent work and answers specific to that community.
Camden County holds 37 municipalities and about as many housing eras. Collingswood and Haddonfield went up around the trolley and the Kings Highway before 1930, steep roofs, twins, porches and dormers. Cherry Hill filled in after the war with split-levels and ranches in Erlton, Kingston Estates and Barclay Farm. Voorhees, Gloucester Township and Winslow came later, subdivision by subdivision, through the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s.
We work the whole county the same way: get on the roof, take photographs, and tell you whether you are looking at a repair, a section, or a full replacement. Architectural asphalt is the default, with ice-and-water membrane at eaves and valleys. Every job permits through that town’s own construction office, and we close it out.
The full Maze Roofing range, residential and commercial, from the local team.
Shingle, tile, metal and flat roofing for homes and townhomes across the area.
Shingle, tile, metal, flat and TPO. Managed from tear-off to cleanup.
Flat, TPO and metal systems, with maintenance programs that protect the asset.
Storm damage, active leaks and fallen trees, with 24/7 phone response.
A 1915 twin in Collingswood and a 1985 colonial in Voorhees fail in different places, so the inspection has to start with what the house actually is.
Freeze-thaw backs water up under the last few courses above cold overhangs.
The dark stripes on north slopes are algae, cosmetic on their own, worth reading.
Porch roofs, additions and flat rears need EPDM or TPO, not shingle.
Every Camden County town permits roofing through its own construction office under state code.
Same office, same crews, a short drive away.
Your town does. Roofing permits in New Jersey go through the municipal construction office in the town where the house sits, under the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code, so Cherry Hill, Haddonfield and Winslow each run their own. We file it, meet the inspector, and close the permit out when the job passes.
All of them. That runs from Pennsauken and Merchantville along the river, through Cherry Hill, Haddonfield, Collingswood and the Haddons, down to Voorhees, Gloucester Township, Berlin and Winslow. Maze is new to South Jersey, and the process behind the crews comes from 2,700-plus roofs since 2006.
Often yes. Wind and hail are the two storm causes carriers here actually pay on, and a nor’easter is a wind event. We photograph the damage, note the date, and give you a written scope you can hand to the adjuster. If it is a repair rather than a claim, we will say so.
Call (856) 519-0640 and we book the inspection, with active leaks moved to the front of the line. The inspection is free. It ends in photographs of what we found and a plain written finding, not a sales presentation. No scare tactics and no upselling, an honest read on your roof.
