Camden County holds 37 municipalities and about as many housing eras. Collingswood and Haddonfield went up around the trolley and the Kings Highway before 1930, steep roofs, twins, porches and dormers. Cherry Hill filled in after the war with split-levels and ranches in Erlton, Kingston Estates and Barclay Farm. Voorhees, Gloucester Township and Winslow came later, subdivision by subdivision, through the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s.
We work the whole county the same way: get on the roof, take photographs, and tell you whether you are looking at a repair, a section, or a full replacement. Architectural asphalt is the default, with ice-and-water membrane at eaves and valleys. Every job permits through that town’s own construction office, and we close it out.
