We do. In New Jersey every reroof is filed with your municipality’s own construction office under the state Uniform Construction Code, not the county. We handle the filing, the inspections and the close-out, because an open permit becomes your problem at sale or claim time.
It depends on your documents, and they vary more than people expect. In many South Jersey communities the association owns and replaces the roof; in others it stops at the structure and the roof is yours. We read the documents with you before anyone quotes a number.
Wind and hail are the claims that go through here. We inspect, photograph what we find and tell you plainly whether it reads as storm damage or as age and wear. If it is age, a claim wastes your time and we will say so rather than push you into one.
