Roofing on a barrier island town, from Bel Lido to the Ocean Boulevard buildings.
Highland Beach is a narrow barrier island town strung along Ocean Boulevard, with the Atlantic on one side and the Intracoastal on the other and Bel Lido tucked between them.
There is no inland here, which means constant salt for every roof in town and a mix of private homes and condominium buildings that both need marine-appropriate specification. We work with owners and with boards, provide the documentation associations require, and permit through the town on every job.

On this island, comfortably. The extra cost is small, and the alternative is replacing a roof early because of the nails rather than the shingle.
