Yes, and no. Eastern Manatee County is part of our Tampa Bay service area and the inspection is free the same as anywhere else. We would rather drive out and look than quote a roof we have not stood on.
Yes, and it is usually the sensible way to do it. Agricultural buildings are a different build from a house roof, so we price them separately and clearly, but doing them in one mobilisation keeps the total down.
Mostly no. The gated enclaves such as Sarasota Ranch Club and TerraNova have their own associations, but much of the Myakka City area sits outside the community development districts that cover the western part of the county. We will tell you which applies to you.
