Repairs, replacements, roof-overs and free inspections along the Cortez Road and 14th Street corridors.
South Bradenton is the largest of the unincorporated areas around the city and it has no single founding subdivision to point at. It is the corridor country between Bradenton, Bayshore Gardens and West Samoset, built out heavily through one decade: more than a third of the housing here went up between 1970 and 1979.
It also has the highest share of manufactured homes anywhere in this part of the county, at roughly a quarter of the stock. So the work here splits two ways, between fifty-year-old site-built roofs all reaching the end together, and manufactured roofs that need a different trade entirely. We do both.
The full Maze Roofing range, residential and commercial, from the local team.
Shingle, tile, metal and flat roofing for homes and townhomes across the area.
Shingle, tile, metal, flat and TPO. Managed from tear-off to cleanup.
Flat, TPO and metal systems, with maintenance programs that protect the asset.
Storm damage, active leaks and fallen trees, with 24/7 phone response.
When a third of an area is built inside ten years, the roofs reach the end of their life inside ten years too, and that is roughly where South Bradenton is now.
1970s roofs on their second covering are the most common thing we are called to here.
A quarter of the homes need panel work, roof-overs or coatings rather than shingle.
Milton put over a foot of rain down near Bradenton. Low-slope sections and blocked drainage showed it.
Close to half the homes here are rented. We are used to dealing with owners who are not on site.

Yes, and in this area that matters. Around a quarter of the homes here are manufactured, and their roofs are a genuinely different system with the failures at seams, laps and edges. Roof-overs and coatings are normal work for us, not something we subcontract away.
Straightforwardly. We inspect, photograph everything and send you the documentation so you can make the decision from wherever you are. We will coordinate access with your tenant and keep you updated in writing rather than expecting you to drive over.
Quite possibly. This area was built out over a short period, so the roofs age together. If your neighbours are replacing theirs it is worth having yours looked at, and the inspection is free either way.
Yes. An estimate costs you nothing and carries no obligation. If the roof has years left, we will say so.
