Bradenton Beach sits essentially at sea level, lower than Anna Maria or Holmes Beach, on the narrow southern end of the island by Longboat Pass. The housing is the most mixed on the island: 1920s through 1950s beach cottages, single-storey block homes, low-rise condos, and two substantial mobile-home communities in Sandpiper Resort and The Pines.

We do both. Low-slope roofs are a large share of the work at this end of the island and they are a genuinely different system from shingle or tile, with the failures concentrated at seams, penetrations and edges. We would rather repair one properly than talk you into a replacement.
