Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach. Served by our Fort Lauderdale office and local crews since 2006.
South Florida is where Maze Roofing began. Our office sits in Fort Lauderdale, and the crews working Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach have been running these routes since 2006. That matters more here than in most markets, because the three counties do not share one rulebook.
Broward and Miami-Dade sit inside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, the strictest roofing standard in the country, where every component needs its own product approval and the fastening schedule is set by code rather than by preference. Palm Beach County is demanding in a different way, with its own wind-zone requirements under the Florida Building Code. We specify to whichever applies to your address rather than pricing a stricter code you do not need. The housing runs the full range too: barrel and concrete tile through the coastal cities, shingle across the western suburbs, and flat commercial decks along the US-1 and 441 corridors. Permits go through the local building department in each city, and we close them out.
Pick your city for local projects, reviews and details, or call, we serve the whole area.

Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach permits handled.
Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach, all from our Fort Lauderdale office. That runs from Tequesta and Jupiter at the north end, down through the Palm Beaches, across Broward’s coastal and western cities, and south through Miami-Dade to Homestead and Florida City.
No. HVHZ covers Broward and Miami-Dade only. Palm Beach County has its own wind-zone requirements under the Florida Building Code, demanding but different. It is a common misunderstanding, and it matters, because specifying a Palm Beach roof to HVHZ can add cost you were never required to spend. We spec to the code that actually applies at your address.
Yes. Coastal South Florida is full of association-governed property, and board work has its own rhythm: documented scope, photographs, a written itemized price a board can present to owners, and job sites kept to community standards. We prepare what associations ask for and schedule the work around approval.
Our South Florida office is in Fort Lauderdale, so Broward is usually same-day or next-day for an active leak. Miami-Dade and Palm Beach run on planned routes, and an active leak still takes priority over a routine inspection.
