Repaupo is farm country in the west end of Logan Township, spread along Repaupo Creek and the tidal meadow behind the Delaware. Housing runs to two extremes: farmhouses and outbuildings that have stood a century or more, and newer large-lot homes built where fields came out of production. Between them sit the barns, garages and equipment sheds, which usually need roofing attention before the houses do.
Old farmhouse roofs get measured for what they actually are: steep, often re-covered more than once, and framed light by modern standards. We price tear-off honestly, use standing-seam metal where it belongs, and keep exposed ground and landscaping protected. The permit goes to the Logan Township construction office under the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code.
